Courses with Wandering Alice

I nervously launched my first journalling experience in spring 2022 to a handful of friends and followers. Emerging from a difficult time of grief and illness, I needed to gently ease myself back into the land of the living so created the course 'I' needed. Since that first offering—Dream Into Spring—I've discovered abundant joy in sharing the powerful practices of journalling, nature connection and yoga, as a way to heal and (re)connect with our deepest selves.

Beautifully packaged in PDF book format, these courses can be printed or read on screen. Within the pages you will find links to all videos and audio files (unlisted) needed, journalling prompts explained, and lined pages to be filled should you choose to print a physical copy. Plus, you get to keep this forever and come back to it whenever you like!

All these offerings are available for a set price OR please make a donation based on your means. (If you pay by PayPal, add a note naming the course you are signing up for.) Questions? Please email me: yogawithwanderingalice@gmail.com

Kind words from the community:

"It's the first time I have ever done anything like this and I have enjoyed it so much. It’s easy to follow and you are such a lovely, kind teacher and the community is all so lovely! Thank you so much for offering this all at an affordable price—it's a retreat without leaving my home! " -Pam

"I am far more connected with my emotions and my body, more grounded and aware - more mindful. I also notice that I am generally able to be calmer when dealing with tricky situations. The journalling exercises have rekindled my love of writing, which is amazing." -Katherine

"Thank you so much for encouraging all of us to slow down and really THINK about our lives. You are a gift," -Kim

"Your courses have been like a doorway, opening my mind to question and entertain other opportunities I might not otherwise have explored. Thank you so much, Alice!" -Susan

"I was inspired to really feel the transition of the seasons and enjoyed the prompts to use nature as a mirror for personal and collective intentions and visions." -Rob

"Your course gave structure to my week and gave a purpose to my walks. It also helped me to sort out some personal issues. I was sorry when it finished. I enjoyed developing ideas from my walks and expressing them in poems." - Nancy
